Step 1: Make the chutney
A family favourite, this chutney really does add the wow factor to your roll and can be used as a dip for all other occasions too. Best thing, it can be kept in your fridge for 3-4 days if you manage to keep some left over.
Simply add these ingredients to your blender and voila, you have a fabulous coriander chutney!
Once blended, put to one side
Step 2: Get your bread of choice ready. We like naan but whatever your choice, it will work
Step 3: Cut up some salad. We recommend crispy iceberg lettuce, vine ripened tomatoes, sliced red cabbage (for the extra crunch) and some thinly sliced red onions. Either way, go conventional or go extra, the choice is yours!
Step 4: Cook your kebabs. Follow the instructions on the packet
Step 5: Time to layer it up and roll. Spread your chutney widely and generously on your naan or bread of choice. Place salad on top and fill with as many kebabs as you fancy. We find 3 to be the magic number. Now roll, roll and roll.
Step 6: Enjoy!
If you fancy something a little different, try adding in mint yogurt or some garlic mayonnaise to your roll for the added ‘take-away’ feel. Some of family members also add cheese but for us, the star of the show is the kebab and this chutney really does allow it to shine!
