Understanding your need to have easy access to healthy and tasty halal food, our kebabs have been created using authentic spices, using only the finest flavours to ensure they taste as you would expect them to if made at home or by your favourite kebab house!
Since they’re already pre-made on charcoal (to give you the added flavour of authentic charcoal kebabs), all you need to do is simply place them in your microwave and heat for 2 mins. Within a few seconds, you’ll be able to smell the spices oozing out and gracing your kitchen (it will be like you made them yourself without the hassle)!
120 seconds and you’re done
If you’re short on time, our chicken and meat kebabs can be ready within 2 minutes. Since they’re already pre-cooked and frozen, simply remove your kebabs from the pack and place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 2 minutes on full power (based on a 850 watt microwave for 3 kebabs) and stand for 1 minute. That’s as simple as it is. Serve however you wish to eat kebabs (we personally like paratha rolls)
Tip: once cooked in the microwave, add the kebabs to a non-stick frying pan on a high heat to crisp up. Really adds the finishing touch!
The added crisp…
If time is on your side, our kebabs taste even better (hard to believe, we know) when cooked in the oven. Preheat your oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C and place your kebabs on an oven proof dish. Ensure there is space between the kebabs to allow the heat to penetrate through. Turn your kebabs half way and through and after 18/20 minutes, they should be ready for you to enjoy.
Enhance the charcoal flavour
To intensify the charcoal flavour in your kebabs, try cooking them in your grill. Within 10/12 minutes, your kebabs will be ready to enjoy. We recommend using a medium amount of heat and not placing your kebabs too close to the grill. Turn them continuously to even out the heat.
Now, we’re all for the mavericks, the alternative cooks, the daredevils so below are some kebab cooking styles that we have not personally tried but have been told work wonders on our kebabs. What do you think? What’s your favourite way of cooking kebabs?
